Source Atlantic Western Branch Changes

Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you of an important change regarding our western, Source Atlantic branch operations. As you may know, in September of 2024, Source Atlantic Limited was acquired by Lawson Canada. This acquisition brings together three great Canadian brands: Source Atlantic, Bolt Supply House, and Soucie Salo.

As part of our ongoing efforts to better serve our customers, we will merge four Source Atlantic and Bolt Supply locations in western Canada in 2025. By consolidating our resources, we are positioning ourselves for greater success by streamlining processes, enhancing customer service, and providing access to an even more extensive selection of products. This merger will create a more cohesive and dynamic organization.

Effected Locations

  • Saskatoon - Source Atlantic will merge at the current Bolt Supply at 2915 Faithfull Ave. Relocation change is targeted for the end of April 2025.
  • Calgary – Calgary relocation location(s) have yet to be determined. Relocation change is targeted for the end of May 2025.
  • Regina – Source Atlantic will merge at the current Bolt Supply at 707A McDonald Street. Relocation change is targeted for the end of June 2025.
  • Winnipeg – Relocation location(s) have yet to be determined. Relocation change is targeted for Fall 2025.
  • Edmonton – no relocation changes in 2025

Saint John, New Brunswick - Saint John-based Ocean Capital Holdings is announcing they have reached an agreement to sell Source Atlantic, an industry-leading industrial wholesale distributer, to Lawson Products Canada (Lawson Canada), an operating company of US-based Distribution Solutions Group (NASDAQ: DSGR) (DSG).

New Wilkinson location
 

SOURCE ATLANTIC DARTMOUTH BRANCH RELOCATION

October 2, 2023

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia – Source Atlantic is excited to announce that its Dartmouth branch has relocated to 499 Wilkinson Avenue, Dartmouth Nova Scotia. We are excited to announce the relocation and official opening of a new Source Atlantic location in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on Monday, October 2, 2023. Our Akerley Drive branch will close operations on September 29, 2023, and begin operating from the new Wilkinson location. Shipments should be delivered to the new location starting September 11, 2023. We ask that you update your systems to ensure the new location is set up. Please review future purchase orders to ensure delivery to the correct branch.

SOURCE ATLANTIC EDMONTON BRANCH RELOCATION

January 30, 2023

Edmonton, Alberta – (January 30, 2023) – Source Atlantic is excited to announce that its Edmonton branch has relocated to 5530 48 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta. The new 16,000sq2 location opened for operation on Monday, January 30, and features an open-concept showroom and counter service. The increase in space at the new Edmonton facility allows for more capacity to stock a wider variety of industrial, safety, metalworking, and machine shop supplies and equipment. The Source Atlantic team will continue to service our growing customer base and their need for industrial products and supply chain solutions.

Wabush, Newfoundland and Labrador – April 29, 2021

Source Atlantic is excited to announce the expansion of its Wabush branch, located at 4 Second Avenue. This renovation has added 3,600 square feet of showroom and warehouse space, enhancing Source Atlantic’s capabilities to serve customers located throughout Labrador, Fermont Quebec and the Quebec North Shore. With a new total of 10,600 square feet of space, Source Atlantic has expanded its inventory to include a broad range of industrial products, safety supplies, welding consumables, and industrial compressed gases.

Source Atlantic Moncton Relocation

April 29, 2020,

Source Atlantic is excited to announce that its Moncton branch has relocated to 588 Edinburgh Drive. The new facility is 6,000 square feet larger than the previous, adding volume and variety to its offering of industrial, safety, plumbing and HVAC products to better accommodate the needs of its customers. A much larger showroom and warehouse make it easier for customers to shop a broad range of stocked products while increasing the efficiency of service. Moving to a higher traffic area means that the branch can now expand its service level to accommodate new walk-in customers.

SOURCE ATLANTIC ANNOUNCES OPENING OF NEW BRANCH IN WABUSH, LABRADOR

February 25, 2019

Source Atlantic is excited to announce the opening of a new branch in Wabush, Newfoundland and Labrador. The new facility at 4 Second Avenue boasts 7,200 square feet of space and is stocked with a variety of industrial and safety products. This new branch will help Source Atlantic expand its service level to existing customers in the region as well as strengthen its ability to service Labrador’s growing mining, energy, and construction industries. The branch features both a traditional counter service area and an open concept showroom that makes it easy for customers to shop a broad range of stocked products.
