3M™ Nitrile High Performance Plastic Adhesive 1099 creates assembled bonds that are proven to be strong. Drying quickly at room temperature with approximately 40 minutes of working time, this adhesive bonds well to plastics and vinyl, providing long-term adhesion with resistance to substrate plasticizer migration; it can also achieve even higher bonding properties through heat-initiated chemical reaction. 3M™ Nitrile High Performance Plastic Adhesive 1099 bonds to a variety of substrates, including leather and most vinyl sheeting, as well as plastics for a strong, enduring ahesion. These properties make it ideal for aftermarket automotive repair, including panel installation and upholstery; banners and awnings; and both general industrial and MRO applications.
