3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP3501 is a rigid, two part epoxy adhesive that cures rapidly at room temperature. Delivering high shear strength, we designed this epoxy adhesive to excel in bonding metal, wood, most plastics and masonry products. Our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP3501 is thixotropic which allows for controlled-flow and easy dispensing. We engineered our adhesive to offer high viscosity for accurate positioning and application. Formulated as an easy 1:1 mix ratio, it has an approximate 8 min work life and reaches handling strength in approximately 15 to 20 min. It is fast curing at room temperature and reaches full cure in 48 hr . Our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP3501 produces rigid bonds and has high shore D hardness.
